Alramz Tower

The company’s scope on this project: fire-protection and life-safety (civil defence) works — fire-fighting and alarm systems and plumbing and electrical works. The works are currently in progress.

The company’s civil-defence works cover fire-fighting, fire-alarm and life-safety systems installed to Civil Defense requirements and the approved drawings — from fire networks and pumps to detection, alarms and emergency exits — with system testing before handover.

The company’s plumbing and electrical works cover water and drainage networks and sanitary fixtures, wiring, distribution boards, lighting points and sockets — with pressure, insulation and operation tests.

Alramz Tower is a 116-metre office tower in Riyadh with 26 floors above five basement parking levels (per the company profile).
