Structural & Infrastructure Works

We carry out structural works from site preparation to the completed frame, to the Saudi Building Code and the approved drawings — from footings and foundations to columns and slabs — with site management and ready-mix concrete and reinforcing steel supplied to a precise programme. We complement them with infrastructure works: grading, backfilling and road preparation; water, sewer and storm-water networks and manholes; medium- and low-voltage cables and telecom duct banks — to municipal and utility specifications.

Finishing Works

We deliver complete interior and exterior finishing after the structural phase, turning designs into practical, coherent spaces: from plastering and wall preparation to flooring, marble, painting, insulation, suspended ceilings and gypsum-board partitions, together with plumbing and electrical installations made ready for final inspection to the approved specifications — through to turnkey handover.

Fire Protection & Life Safety (Civil Defense)

We install fire-fighting, fire-alarm and life-safety systems to Saudi Civil Defense requirements and the approved drawings — from approval of the drawings by the authorities, through site preparation and installation: automatic sprinkler networks, fire piping and fire pumps; early-warning smoke and heat detection connected to the main control panel; break-glass call points and emergency exits — then system testing and the completion certificate the building needs to operate.

MEP Works (Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC)

We carry out building MEP works in three specialties: electrical — from wiring and boards to earthing and energisation, to the Saudi Electrical Code and Saudi Electricity Company requirements; plumbing — from hot and cold water networks to drainage, sanitary fixtures and pressure testing; and HVAC — from central air-conditioning and ductwork to mechanical ventilation and air balancing before handover.
