Kada Al Emaar – Al Malaz

The company’s scope on this project: fire-protection and life-safety (civil defence) works — fire-fighting and alarm systems and full finishing works. The works are currently in progress.

The company’s civil-defence works cover fire-fighting, fire-alarm and life-safety systems installed to Civil Defense requirements and the approved drawings — from fire networks and pumps to detection, alarms and emergency exits — with system testing before handover.

Full finishing at Maskan Alkayan covers the architectural and MEP works that follow the structural phase — plastering, flooring, painting, insulation and suspended ceilings, with plumbing and electrical installations made ready for inspection — through to a building ready for use.
